Cancellation Policy

Please be aware there is a booking fee due at time of booking. Booking fees are non refundable. A minimum of 72 hours is required for an appointment reschedule, otherwise deposit (booking fee) will be forfeited and you will be required to pay another booking fee.. If you arrive to your scheduled appointment 20 minutes late, it is considered a cancellation and your booking fee will be forfeited. You will be required to pay another booking fee to book. Your booking fee is your deposit to hold your scheduled appointment time and will be deducted from your treatment total. Please allow for appointment time confirmation, via text or email, if booking online.
